Projektleitung: Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für BIM-Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung, inklusive Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsmanagement.
BIM-Gesamtkoordination: Koordination aller BIM-relevanten Prozesse und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der BIM-Standards und -Methoden innerhalb des Projekts.
Modellmanagement: Verwaltung und Pflege der digitalen Bauwerksmodelle, Sicherstellung der Datenqualität sowie Koordination der Modellzusammenführung.
Kollaboration: Förderung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation zwischen den Projektbeteiligten (Architekten, Ingenieuren, Auftraggebern, etc.).
Schulung und Beratung: Unterstützung und Schulung der Projektteams in der Anwendung von BIM-Technologien und -Prozessen sowie Beratung der Auftraggeber in BIM-Fragen.
Qualitätssicherung: Implementierung von Qualitätskontrollen und regelmäßige Überprüfung der Modelle auf Konsistenz, Kollisionen und Regelkonformität.
Weiterentwicklung: Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der BIM-Standards und -Richtlinien innerhalb des Unternehmens.
Ihr Profil
Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
BIM-Kompetenz: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von BIM-Software (z.B. Revit, Navisworks, Solibri) und ein tiefes Verständnis der BIM-Methodik.
Projektmanagement: Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in der Steuerung und Koordination komplexer Bauprojekte.
Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, um die Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Disziplinen zu fördern.

Your mission
