Schulung und Wissenstransfer: Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von internen und externen Schulungen für Mitarbeiter und Kunden sowie die Erstellung von Schulungsmaterialien.
Projektunterstützung: Unterstützung der Projektteams bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von BIM-Standards und -Methoden sowie bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projektsitzungen und Koordinationsmeetings.
Ihr Profil
Studium: Immatrikulierte*r Student*in im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang mit einem Schwerpunkt auf digitale Planungsprozesse.
BIM-Kenntnisse: Erste Erfahrungen oder Kenntnisse im Bereich Building Information Modeling (BIM) und Interesse an der Vertiefung in diesem Bereich.
IT-Affinität: Umgang mit gängiger BIM-Software sowie MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Analytische Fähigkeiten: Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit zur Analyse technischer und organisatorischer Fragestellungen.
Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und idealerweise Englisch.
Eigeninitiative: Proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen.

Your mission
Support in BIM Coordination: Assist in coordinating BIM processes at the project level.
Project Support: Assist project teams in ensuring compliance with BIM standards and methods, as well as in preparing and conducting project meetings and coordination meetings.
Quality Assurance: Support the review of models for consistency, clashes, and compliance with regulations.
Development of the Business Unit: Contribute to the continuous development of the BIM Coordination business unit, including the creation of new standards and guidelines.

Your profile
